Return Policy: I do not offer returns unless there is a damaged or lost item. Please contact me via email (carolinextattoo@gmail.com) if you are experiencing any issues with your order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to my email within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date (which is 3 weeks after the order is placed). Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. If you provide the wrong address, I will request you cover the additional re-shipment fees. Thanks!
